Junior Designer — Part-Time/Contracted

Denver, CO
Part-Time  (25hrs per week) with full-time options after 90 days of successful work

At Studio J Lorne Brand = Behavior.

With that said, we are a brand consultancy and creative agency that fulfills the promise of giving organizations a true understanding of who they are and then giving them the tools to represent themselves to the world in the most authentic and beautiful way.  We are a small but growing team that takes extra time to create meaningful, honest connections between organizations and audiences.  Producing tangible results for our clients is the key indicator of our success.  Effective beats cool at SJL every day of the week, but effective AND cool are why our clients keep coming back.

We are looking for a passionate Junior Designer to join our boutique organization. As a Junior Production designer at Studio J Lorne, you will explore and design a broad range of creative material that Studio J Lorne produces as part of our ongoing campaigns.

You will be working alongside the Creative Director of Studio J Lorne in executing design solutions based on established brand standards that have a high visual impact. You must have an incredibly creative mind with an eye for detail that can absorb visual trends and deploy our designs to our clients in fresh and exciting ways.  You must be resourceful and meticulous with an excellent mind for design, a remarkable affinity for problem-solving, and considerable communication skills.  The Junior Designer will demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to feedback, time, costs, and deadlines.

Because this is an expanding business, there will be ample opportunity to evolve with us. We don't care about your level of education, but we do care about your level of execution.  We strive to be the best version of ourselves and want the same for our clients and employees/team/co-pilots.

Simply put, work hard and treat people right, and you will be able to grow here for as long as you see fit.
